EQx Power is developing a new solid-state power architecture designed to address fundamental power-delivery constraints across high-demand electrical systems.

Our initial focus is on markets where the ability to deliver more useful power from existing electrical infrastructure could have significant commercial value including: AI data centres, electric aviation, EV infrastructure and solar/BESS.

Early bench testing has demonstrated approximately 3× instantaneous power scaling under stable operation. EQx has filed its UK patent, with further technical validation and IP development now underway.

Electrification is accelerating across computing, transport and energy but the electrical infrastructure supporting that growth remains constrained by fundamental limits in power delivery.

EQx is targeting that constraint at the architecture level.

The opportunity is to develop a technology capable of improving how existing electrical power is delivered, controlled and ultimately used without requiring an entirely new generation of energy sources.

EQx is currently preparing its SEIS application as part of its planned funding programme.

We’re raising capital to take EQx through technical validation, IP development and first commercial traction; building towards a scalable, infrastructure-grade licensing business with an IPO as our preferred long-term liquidity pathway, alongside other strategic options.

The investment enables us to recruit world‑class engineers, scientists and technical partners who, supported by the necessary materials, laboratory access and specialist equipment, can accelerate validation, development and commercial adoption of EQx. Key milestones include:

• Technical validation and independent materials characterisation
• Further development and protection of EQx intellectual property
• Power-scale testing and engineering development
• Progression towards first commercial evaluations and pilots
• Development of strategic licensing and distribution relationships
• Preparation for larger-scale EIS funding and commercial expansion

EQx is being built as a technology company, not a single-product business.

The long-term opportunity is to establish EQx as a new power-management layer that can be integrated across multiple electrical systems and licensed into major markets.

As the technology is validated, certified and commercially adopted, EQx intends to preserve multiple strategic pathways for growth and investor liquidity with an IPO as the preferred long-term pathway and strategic acquisition as an alternative.
